This page is designed to help families prepare for Student Camp and Preteen Camp.

  • STUDENT CAMP

    June 15-19, 2026 at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, AR

    For students in Grades 7-12 in 2025-2026 school year.
    Registration deadline is March 29. Final Payment due June 7.
    Total Cost - $410 per camper

    Mandatory Camp Papers Meeting - May 17 at 12:15 PM.

    • Step 1: Complete registration and pay deposit HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Student Summer Camp. Registration deadline is March 29.
    • Step 2: Complete required paperwork: MRBC Liability Form, YM360 Waiver, PRN Medications Form, and Medicine Form (only if taking meds to Student Camp)
    • Step 3: In May 2026, registered families will receive notice of their final payment amount and can complete final payment HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Student Summer Camp. All payments must be completed by June 7.

    Student Camp 2026 Fundraiser Dates:
    • October 27 -  MRBC Spirit Night at McAlisters
    • February 14 - Valentine's Banquet
    • April 20 - MRBC Spirit Night at McAlisters
    • May 3 - Dessert Auction
    • May 17 - Envelope Fundraiser Begins

  • PRETEEN CAMP

    July 18-21, 2026 at Mt. Lebanon in Cedar Hill, TX


    For kids in Grades 3-6 in 2025-2026 school year.

    Registration deadline is May 17. Final Payment due July 5.

    Total Cost - $235 per camper


    Mandatory Camp Papers Meeting - July 12 at 12:15 PM.

    • Step 1: Complete registration through CampDoc. Email Phillip Vincent for instructions. Registration deadline is May 17.
    • Step 2: Pay $50 deposit HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Preteen Camp.
    • Step 3: Complete required paperwork: MRBC Liability Form & PRN Medications Form
    • Step 4: Complete final payment of $200 HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Preteen Camp. All payments must be completed by July 5.
