SUMMER CAMP PORTAL
Student Camp
Student Camp is for students who completed Grades 7-12 in the 2026-2027 school year.
Student Camp is July 5-9 at [TBA] in [TBA].
The total cost is $419 per student (before fundraisers).

All students attending camp must register and pay deposit.
- Register by January 31 - $75 deposit
- Register by March 28 - $100 deposit

In May 2027, registered families will receive notice of their final payment amount and can complete final payment HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Student Summer Camp. All payments must be completed by June 27. If your family requires financial assistance, please complete the Scholarship Form HERE.

The following forms are required for students to participate at Student Camp:
- MRBC Liability Form
- Student Camp YM360 Waiver
- Student Camp PRN Medications Form
- Student Camp Medicine Form [Only if taking meds to Student Camp]
Preteen Camp
Preteen Camp is for kids who completed Grades 3-6 in the 2026-2027 school year.
Preteen Camp is July 17-20 at Mt. Lebanon Camp in Cedar Hill, Texas.
The total cost is $250 per preteen (including $50 deposit).

All preteens attending camp must register through CampDoc by June 28 and pay $50 deposit to MRBC through online giving HERE. Please designate PreTeen Camp when submitting payment.

After the $50 deposit paid at registration, the final cost of camp is $185 per camper. Families may complete final payment HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate PreTeen Camp. All payments must be completed by July 12. If your family requires financial assistance, please complete the Scholarship Form HERE.

Families may send Camp Cash or other items to their camper through Mt. Lebanon's Camp Store (linked below). Please complete by Day 2 of camp.
