This page is designed to help families prepare for Student Camp and Preteen Camp.

  • PRETEEN CAMP

    July 18-21, 2026 at Mt. Lebanon in Cedar Hill, TX


    For kids in Grades 3-6 in 2025-2026 school year.

    Registration deadline is June 28. Final Payment due July 12.

    Total Cost - $235 per camper

    Preteen Camp Info Meeting - April 19 at 12:15 PM.

    Mandatory Camp Papers Meeting - July 12 at 12:15 PM.

    • Step 1: Complete registration through CampDoc. Email Phillip Vincent for instructions. Registration deadline is June 28.
    • Step 2: Pay $50 deposit HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Preteen Camp.
    • Step 3: Complete required paperwork: MRBC Liability Form & PRN Medications Form
    • Step 4: Complete final payment of $185 HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Preteen Camp. All payments must be completed by July 12.

Student Camp

Student Camp is for students who completed Grades 7-12 in the 2026-2027 school year.

Student Camp is June 15-19 at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

    • Early Bird Registration Deadline - January 31
    • Registration Deadline - March 28
    • Summer Launch/Camp Papers- April 26

  • All students attending camp must register and pay deposit. 

    • Register by January 31 - $75 deposit
    • Register by March 28 - $100 deposit

  • In May 2027, registered families will receive notice of their final payment amount and can complete final payment HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Student Summer Camp. All payments must be completed by June 7. If your family requires financial assistance, please complete the Scholarship Form HERE.
