Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Mayfield Road Baptist Church will take place June 28-July 2, from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM each day. VBS will end at 7:30 PM on Thursday, July 2 only.

6:15 PM: Doors Open

Check-in at the Sanctuary Foyer, get security tag and keep with you for pick-up.

To ensure a smooth arrival and dismissal, please use the parking lot in the front of the Sanctuary.

We're here for you! Please visit the Registration Table in the Sanctuary Foyer for any assistance with registration, checking in your child each day, checking out your child, or any other VBS questions.

Each day at VBS, kids can expect a fun-filled evening packed with exciting Bible stories, high-energy worship, hands-on crafts, engaging games, and meaningful small group time. They’ll dive into God’s Word in creative ways, sing and dance to uplifting songs, and build friendships that will last beyond the week.

Our trained leaders will guide them through interactive lessons that bring the Bible to life, helping them grow in their faith while having an unforgettable time. Plus, there will be plenty of surprises along the way to make each day extra special!

9:00 PM: Pick-Up Begins in the Sanctuary.

Please enter through the Sanctuary Foyer. Families are invited to arrive at 8:40 PM to watch the Closing Extollo each day. Security tag must be presented for pick-up.

Our daily dress themes are an optional way for your child to show his/her VBS spirit and be reminded of the Big Truths shared at VBS. There's no special dress theme for Sunday, but here is the schedule for the rest of the week:

• Monday: Marketplace Monday. Wear bright colors like people in the Roman marketplace.
• Tuesday: Tourist Tuesday. Dress like you're joining Paul on his travels.
• Wednesday: Warrior Wednesday. Dress in your favorite sport team's attire.
• Thursday: Tribal Thursday. Wear animal print or animal-themed clothes.

Your child will enjoy a snack as part of his/her rotation of activities each night. Please notify your child's leader of any allergies, learning accommodations, medical diagnosis, or any other special need your child may have so that our team can ensure your child feels safe, comfortable, and is able to learn about Jesus on his or her own level. We may also ask you to provide a snack for your child which best meets their needs. Below is our snack menu for the week. You can find the night's snack listed at the Registration Table.

• Sunday: Goldfish Crackers
• Monday: Fruit Snacks
• Tuesday: Cheez-It Crackers
• Wednesday: Mini Pretzels
• Thursday: KONA ICE available after Family Worship Rally

Thursday's Schedule. Thursday is Family Night! We invite your entire family to join us for a Family Extollo from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM in the Sanctuary. VBS will end at 7:30 PM on Thursday only.

Family Night Information:

• Thursday, July 2 from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM.
• All kids in Kindergarten-Grade 6 and their families will attend our Family Extollo in the Sanctuary. VBS will end at 7:30 PM on Thursday only.
• After Family Extollo: KONA ICE will be available for purchase in our Front Parking Lot.
