And this roll never goes stale, so you can leave it on the table to keep your dinner conversations hot and fresh all school-year long.


How to Play:

  • Download and print The Dinner Roll HERE. Printed copies are available in the Preschool Suite.
  • Take turns rolling The Dinner Roll (First one to the table gets the first roll!)
  • Match your roll to the number below and turn dinner into something better than a food fight! So gather ‘round the table and pass the rolls!

  •       

     Answer this question: If your feelings today were like the weather, what kind of day would it have been: sunny, rainy, or partly cloudy?

  •       

    Answer this question: What is one thing you could do before bedtime to make someone feel loved?

  • Play “God is good because…” — each person finishes the sentence with a reason.

  • Pick someone at the table and ask them to say the MVOTM.

  • Spin a utensil in the middle of the table. When it stops, say two things you love about the person it’s pointing to!
