And this roll never goes stale, so you can leave it on the table to keep your dinner conversations hot and fresh all school-year long.


How to Play:

  • Download and print The Dinner Roll HERE. Printed copies are available in the Preschool Suite.
  • Take turns rolling The Dinner Roll (First one to the table gets the first roll!)
  • Match your roll to the number below and turn dinner into something better than a food fight! So gather ‘round the table and pass the rolls!

  • Answer this question: What is the best Christmas present you’ve ever received? What made it the best?

  • Answer this question: Who in your family is great at giving gifts? What do you think makes someone a great gift giver?

  • Jesus came to save sinners. Why is this good news?

  •       

    Ask everyone to take a sip of their drink and try not to laugh while you say the MVOTM in your funniest voice.



    The Gospel Fingerplay (See text HERE)

  • Find something in the kitchen you can secretly wrap in aluminum foil. Give it to someone at the table. Whoever receives the gift has to dramatically open it like it’s the BEST GIFT EVER! At the end of the game, rate each performance and decide who was the most dramatic!
