Doug Mcpherson - lead pastor

.Doug grew up in Arkansas, where he learned to love the Razorbacks and the outdoors. He is a proud graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, and he holds a Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry in New Testament Context from Northern Seminary in Illinois. He has previously served on staff at churches in Texas and Arkansas. Doug and his wife, Rebekah, married in 2005; they have three sons: Mitchell, Ian and Kennon. A self-proclaimed gym-rat, Doug enjoys working out, spending time with his family and drinking good coffee.

Lee Deeds - music Pastor

With more than 40 years of music ministry experience Lee has been on staff at MRBC since 2003. He has his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Texas Tech University (Wreck 'em Tech!) and a Master of Church Music degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Lee has a beautiful wife, Debra, who is a college instructor in the area of dental hygiene.  Together they have three adult children. Their daughter and her family live in Los Angeles, CA and their sons and families live in Arlington and Ft. Worth. The Deeds are thrilled to have three grandchildren ranging from 1 to 5 years old. They also have 2 fur grand babies who are awaiting their human counter parts. The Music Ministry of MRBC offers a variety of ways for people to use their God given musical talent for His glory. We would love for you to come be a part of our musical family!

phillip vincent - FAMILY pastor

Phillip is an honor graduate of Louisiana College (BA), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (MDiv, MACE), and Liberty University (EdS, PhD). Phillip has also completed additional educator training with the Ron Clark Academy.  Previously, he has served on staff at churches in Louisiana and Texas.  Always near a cup of Community Coffee or Dr Pepper, Phillip loves to travel, read, cheer on his adopted nieces and nephews, and watch college football.
