This page is designed to help families prepare for Student Camp and Preteen Camp.

  • STUDENT CAMP

    July 7-11, 2025 at ETBU in Marshall, TX
    For students in Grades 7-12 in 2024-2025 school year.
    Registration deadline is March 30. Final Payment due June 1.
    Total Cost - $400 per camper

    Mandatory Camp Papers Meeting - May 18 at 12:15 PM.

    Student Camp Parent Portal available HERE.

    • Step 1: Complete registration and pay $75 deposit HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Student Summer Camp. Registration deadline is March 9.
    • Step 2: Complete required paperwork: MRBC Liability Form, YM360 Waiver, PRN Medications Form, and Medicine Form (only if taking meds to camp)
    • Step 3: Complete final payment of $135 HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Student Summer Camp.

  • PRETEEN CAMP

    July 22-26, 2025 at Mt. Lebanon in Cedar Hill, TX

    For kids in Grades 4-6 in 2024-2025 school year.

    Registration deadline is May 4. Final Payment due June 1.

    Total Cost - $250 per camper


    Mandatory Camp Papers Meeting - July 20 at 12:15 PM.

    • Step 1: Complete registration through CampDoc. Email Phillip Vincent for instructions.
    • Step 2: Pay $50 deposit HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Preteen Camp.
    • Step 3: Complete required paperwork: MRBC Liability Form & PRN Medications Form
    • Step 4: Complete final payment of $200 HERE or by cash/check to Mayfield Road Baptist Church. Please designate Preteen Camp.
